Through two memoranda of understanding with the Ministry of Human Resources and the Institute of Public Administration
Asharqia Chamber adopts job rehabilitation for children of low-income families through the "We Empower them" initiative to achieve the Kingdom's vision of 2030
Asharqia Chamber witnessed on Thursday, July 21, 2022, the signing of two memoranda of understanding for the “We Empower them” initiative between the Chamber and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development represented by its branch in the Eastern Province, and the Institute of Public Administration represented by the Eastern Province branch, as part of the Asharqia Chamber’s directions for cooperation, communication and coordination with all government agencies concerned with resources human rights, specifically empowering children of families with limited income through job qualification.
The memorandums were signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Raziza, with the Director General of the Ministry's branch, Abdul Rahman bin Fahd Al-Muqbil, and the Director General of the Institute's branch, Dr. Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Bakhiti.
The two memorandums aim to enhance cooperation to empower children of families with low incomes, achieve expected public benefits, and unify efforts to prepare training programs and joint projects, in addition to participating in events and activities to prepare for the labor market, such as the 2022 Careers Fair.
The memorandums focused on raising the level, empowerment, and economic development of families with limited incomes in the Eastern Region and qualifying them with basic job skills to enable them to enter the labor market in pursuit of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
This step, such as several agreements and memorandums of understanding, is part of the Asharqia Chamber's desire to provide distinctive training programs that raise the level of the human component of work in the private sector and integrate with all relevant authorities.
